By using this website, purchasing a product from Holistic Apothecary Co., booking a session, or participating in a series or private partnership with Holistic Cryssy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services + Scope
Holistic Cryssy provides holistic wellness education and support. Services may include herbal guidance, muscle testing, Emotion Code, Reiki and other energy-based practices, nervous-system support, nutrition and lifestyle education, supplement guidance, and other holistic wellness tools.
These services are not medical care and do not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship. Please review the Disclaimer on this website for additional information regarding the scope of services and products.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Prices, services, products, and availability may change at any time. Changes will not affect services or products already purchased unless otherwise agreed.

Scheduling + Cancellations
I understand that plans change, and I aim to approach scheduling with both flexibility and respect for the time we’ve reserved together.

Individual Sessions
Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other appointments.

Series + Private Partnerships
Your purchase of a series or private partnership reserves dedicated space in my schedule and availability for the duration of our work together.
If you choose to cancel before your first session, your payment will be refunded less a 10% reservation and administrative fee.

Once your series or private partnership has begun, your purchase is non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue early or do not use all of the sessions or support included in your offering, unused portions are not eligible for a refund.

Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the original timeframe of your series or partnership, subject to availability.

Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and do not automatically extend the length of your series or partnership.

I understand that truly unexpected circumstances happen. When they do, please reach out. Any additional accommodation, credit, extension, rescheduling, or exception may be considered individually at my discretion.

Series + Partnership Timeframes
Multi-session series and private partnerships are designed to take place within the timeframe specified for the offering.
Scheduling, communication, between-session support, and other included services vary by offering and will be described at the time of purchase.
Participation and results depend on many individual factors. No specific health, wellness, emotional, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Herbal Products + Custom Preparations
Products offered through Holistic Apothecary Co., including herbal teas, matcha blends, and custom herbal preparations, are intended for general wellness purposes.

Please review ingredients carefully before use. Customers are responsible for considering their individual allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and other relevant circumstances before using an herbal product.

Custom preparations are created specifically for the individual for whom they were prepared and should not be shared with others.

Holistic Apothecary Co. Product Orders + Returns
Due to the consumable nature of Holistic Apothecary Co. products, all tea, matcha, herbal, and other consumable product sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom herbal preparations are made specifically for the individual for whom they were created and are also final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Holistic Apothecary Co. within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so I can resolve the issue.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned. Changes of mind, personal taste preferences, or products purchased in error are not eligible for return or refund.

If your package appears to have been lost in transit or there is another delivery issue, please reach out so I can help determine the appropriate next step.

Product availability may vary, particularly for small-batch, seasonal, and handcrafted offerings. Holistic Apothecary Co. reserves the right to discontinue products or make reasonable ingredient changes when necessary. If a material change affects an order you have already placed, you will be contacted when appropriate.

Shipping and fulfillment times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside my control.

Intellectual Property
Website content, written materials, educational resources, guides, frameworks, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and other original materials created by Holistic Cryssy or Holistic Apothecary Co. may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or sold without written permission.

Materials provided to you as part of a session, series, or private partnership are for your personal use unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holistic Cryssy and Holistic Apothecary Co. are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, services, educational information, recommendations, or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically as services, products, or business practices evolve. The most current version will be available on this website.

By continuing to use this website or purchasing services or products, you agree to the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your purchase.
